W2C Beginner Guide: Your First Cnfans Order from Zero to Delivered

Before You Start: What You Need

Getting your first Cnfans finds to your door requires exactly three things: a product you want (found on this site), a shopping agent account (we recommend KakoBuy), and a payment method. That's it. No Chinese bank account, no Alipay, no language skills required.

Step 1: Find Your Product

Browse this site's categories or use the search bar to find what you're looking for. The Cnfans spreadsheet covers over 5,800 active products across 11 categories. When you find something you like, click the product card to open the detail modal.

In the modal, you'll see: product photos (tap to enlarge), price in USD (calculated from CNY factory price), available SKU options (size/color), view count, and the main CTA button.

Step 2: Select Your SKU and Go to KakoBuy

Before clicking "Buy on KakoBuy," select your desired SKU options in the modal — size, color, or any other variant attributes. Note that SKU selection on this site is for reference only; you'll confirm your selection again inside KakoBuy's order form.

Click Buy on KakoBuy. You'll be redirected to the exact product listing on KakoBuy. If you don't have a KakoBuy account, you'll need to register (takes about 2 minutes).

Step 3: Place Your KakoBuy Order

On KakoBuy, add the product to your cart, select your size, and proceed to checkout. At this point, KakoBuy acts as your buyer — they purchase the item from the Weidian seller on your behalf and have it shipped to their warehouse in China.

You'll pay product cost + agent service fee (typically 0-10% depending on plan) + initial domestic China shipping. International shipping is paid separately when you submit your parcel for delivery.

Step 4: Wait for Warehouse Arrival & QC Photos

After KakoBuy purchases your item, you'll see it move to "In Warehouse" status in your account. The agent's staff will photograph your item — these are your Cnfans QC photos. Review them carefully using our QC guide.

If everything looks good: approve. If there's an issue: request resend or refund. Once approved, proceed to the submission step.

Step 5: Submit for International Shipping

In KakoBuy, select the items in your warehouse, choose your shipping line, add your address, and pay the international shipping fee. See our shipping line guide for recommendations by region.

Step 6: Track and Receive

KakoBuy provides a tracking number. Use 17track.net for consolidated tracking across carriers. Delivery times vary from 7 days (DHL) to 45 days (SAL economy). Most buyers receive their packages within 2-3 weeks using mid-range lines.
